Gluten Free Apple Cake
This morning I made breakfast cake! And it came out quite yummy! No bells and whistles but a good easy addition to breakfast!
1/2 cup Oil (any kind you feel is healthiest)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup apple sauce
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
3 1/2 cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
4 cups chopped apples or pears
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 until tooth pick is clean. About 50 minutes.
